Sales Support
Supporting our sales team processing new sales leads, monitoring customer accounts, providing data and reports, and liaising with our logistics team. Excellent customer care skills, accuracy and attention to detail essential. Fluent in Chinese and English an advantage.

Marketing Assistant
Providing support to our sales and marketing teams preparing marketing materials and providing assistance with publications, following up with vendors, and event planning. Fluent in Chinese and English, as well as knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator an advantage.

Sales Manager
Responsible for managing, maintaining and growing an existing portfolio of restaurant and hotel accounts. Excellent people skills and fluent English essential, Chinese/French an advantage.

Executive Assistant
Providing high-level administrative support to the directors such as conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, arranging travel and scheduling meetings. May also be required to train new staff. As first point of contact for our directors, this person must possess excellent people skills and be an efficient organiser. Fluent Chinese essential and English an advantage.

Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor
Managing day-to-day operations at the Ruby Red warehouse including superising and coordinating staff engaged in receiving, transporting, stacking, order filling, delivering and maintaining stock records in warehouse. An extremely high level of attention to detail, interpersonal skills and fluent Chinese essential.
