Rou Gui tea
Join us on Saturday 26th as we take another close look at the wonderful world of tea, and this time we¡¯ll be focussing one of our favourites: Rou Gui tea from Wuyi Mountain.
Our Ruby Red tea expert Echo will be talking us through the pristine, World Heritage region of Wuyishan in north-west Fujian province, with a focus on the deliciously smooth and aromatic Rou Gui tea in particular. Learn the entire process involved in the creation of this wonderful tea, as Echo guides you through all the steps of brewing your own.
We will be brewing and tasting six different Rou Gui teas from a range of different plots and producers, as we compare and identify the many different flavour and aroma characteristics.
