Antipodes Water
New Zealand water is renowned for its purity and the water from Antipodes is scientifically categorized as the deepest, highest quality artesian water in New Zealand. Coming from a high-pressured aquifer of 150 to 300 meters deep, the water spends about 50 years filtering through layers of fine-grained volcanic rock before being bottled at source. The surrounding hills area from which it comes has a population density of less than one person per 250 acres and has never experienced commercial or industrial activity. With no treatments needed to stabilize or filter it, Antipodes is naturally one of the world’s purest waters.
Antipodes has a low Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) and thus is low in minerality. The only mineral that Antipodes is high in is silica, which is good for the regeneration of bones, hair and tissue, and subsequently gives it a distinctive soft taste. What’s more, the PH level of antipodes is 7.3, with 7.0 being neutral, affording Antipodes its unique clean and subtle taste.
Great tasting, pure, environmentally friendly and packaged beautifully in a simple yet stunning glass bottle design, there can be little surprise that Antipodes water has been so successful both at home and internationally. Try Antipodes either still, or gently carbonated - it makes the perfect partner for fine foods.
